Watermelon Yogurt Popsicles

Entertaining kids during the summer, especially when you live in the desert, can be brutal. With it being so hot, my girls beg for popsicles to keep them cool after playing outside. I try my best to limit the overloaded sugar type popsicles, so we’ve been making our own versions to help! These have a base of yogurt, to give them a creamy, ice cream like texture, which is perfect for summer! We also blended these with watermelon, which is the favorite summer fruit in our house!

Watermelon Yogurt Popsicles

  • 2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh watermelon
  • ¼ cup honey or pure maple syrup

  1. Blend everything in the Baby Bullet Blender until creamy. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer until frozen.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
