Sweet Potato Muffins

These moist sweet potato muffins make a great quick breakfast or snack once your little one is able to start eating bread-like solids. For those on the younger side, tear these muffins into small pieces to make it easier for your baby to eat. My toddler is 18 months and able to tear the muffin into pieces herself. It is so much fun watching her enjoy every bite!

Mashed, cooked sweet potatoes give these muffins a soft texture, and cinnamon adds a nice hint of spice that your toddler will love. I like to use half whole wheat flour and half all purpose flour to make them a little healthier than using only all purpose flour.

  1. I will try these out tonight. My 16 month old loves your puree recipes, so I’m sure she will enjoy these!
