Squash and Sweet Potato Puree

I love adding sweet potatoes to watery vegetables for baby food purees because it makes the texture much more creamy and desirable to a baby’s palate. This puree comes together so easy, especially when you use the Baby Bullet Steamer Basket.

Squash and Sweet Potato Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 squash, sliced
  • 1 sweet potato, skinned and chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the vegetables to the Baby Bullet Steamer Basket on level three. Cook until softened.
  2. Once they are steamed, add them to the Baby Bullet Blender and puree until smooth. Add a few tsp. of water if needed.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-3 days, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
