Red Pepper Alfredo


Small pasta noodles make great finger food for your little one. It is fun to experiment with different homemade pasta sauces. This red pepper alfredo sauce is always a hit with my daughter. It contains a few simple ingredients: red bell pepper, garlic, milk, flour and parmesan cheese. Did you know that bell pepper contain a lot of vitamin C and antioxidants, making them a healthy food choice for your baby?


Red Pepper Alfredo Recipe


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese



  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the bell pepper and garlic. Cook and stir for 7 minutes, until tender.
  2. Cool the bell pepper mixture to room temperature, then add to a Baby Bullet pitcher along with the milk, flour, and cheese.
  3. Blend until smooth, then add to a small pot and heat through.
