Potato Zucchini Purée


This simple, healthy purée requires only three ingredients: potato, zucchini and milk or water. If your baby is over one and drinking milk, I recommend using milk since it adds more fat and makes the purée more creamy. Now that my toddler is older and eating more, I still make her this purée and add it to some chicken or fish and she loves it!


Potato Zucchini Purée


  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 potato, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup water or milk


  1. Steam the zucchini for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Add the potato, zucchini, and water/milk to a Baby Bullet and blend until creamy.
