Peach Spinach Oatmeal Smoothie


When my baby girl started eating, she immediately began to favor fruits over vegetables. One way to sneak a serving of vegetables into your baby’s diet is in a delicious smoothie. This nutritious smoothie includes oatmeal, yogurt, banana, spinach and frozen peaches. The spinach is hidden by the sweet banana and peaches, so while my little one won’t eat spinach alone, she will drink it up in this smoothie. I like to make a large batch of this smoothie and freeze small portions to thaw over a few days.


Peach Spinach Oatmeal Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/3 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tbsp rolled quick oats


  1. Add all ingredients to a Baby Bullet pitcher and blend until smooth.


Makes 2 cups
