Pea Spinach Pear Purée


When preparing purées for my toddler, I always try to include both fruits and vegetables for two reasons. One, it is hard to get many servings of fruits and vegetables in during our busy days, and two, my daughter just loves all fruits and it makes it easier to feed her vegetables. Remember to cook all of the ingredients of your purée first. The easiest way to do this is the steaming method, and by steaming your fruits and vegetables you are retaining more vitamins. A steamed pear adds natural sweetness to this healthy green purée.


Pea Spinach Pear Purée


  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet peas
  • 1/4 cup steamed spinach
  • 1 pear, cored, cubed and steamed
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Add all ingredients to a Baby Bullet blender and blend until smooth.


Makes 1 cup
