Minty Peas Puree

I like fresh vegetables as much as anyone, but when you need something easy and full of flavor, frozen peas are a godsend. So make this with those gorgeous fresh peas during the summer, and don’t feel bad about resorting to frozen during the chilly winter months. Either way, this baby food puree is a winner!

Better yet, peas are packed full of vitamins A, B6, C, and K and are also a good source of fiber and protein. The fresh mint adds a nice cool flavor to entice your little one to gobble up this green goodness, so give it a try and see how your little one responds!
