Mashed Banana Egg Scramble

When my girls were young I tried so hard to get them to eat scrambled eggs but they didn’t love them. They always geared towards the sweeter foods, don’t we all! Scrambled eggs are such a great light texture for babies, so I had the idea to cook it with a sweet banana and the end result was fabulous! So delicious that I even ate it myself!
