Mango Lassi Puree

Mango Lassi is a delicious drink made with mangos and yogurt. Sounds yummy, right? I recreated this drink for my daughter, except I turned it into a filling first food puree that she could enjoy with a spoon. The addition of bananas and oats turned it into a heartier morning breakfast. This recipe is so good, you can enjoy a little for yourself, too!

My morning usually starts with a bowl of oatmeal. I love oats in the morning and so does my baby. It seems to fill her up and she lasts longer before asking for snacks later. I have even been making the overnight version and feed her the cold oats in the morning. Overnight oats are essentially just milk and oats resting in your fridge overnight that are ready to eat the next morning. It’s thats simple!
No stove or boiling water, just eating! 🙂

Mango Lassi Puree

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 mango

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, banana, yogurt and mango to your Baby Bullet.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy!
