Lemon Quinoa Broccoli Puree

Lemon gives this simple broccoli quinoa purée an interesting flavor for little ones, and provides them with healthy nutrients and protein. This is a great meal for beginner eaters who haven’t mastered finger foods yet. My toddler can eat steamed broccoli florets now, but still likes this purée as well. You can experiment with adding fruits to sweeten it up.

Lemon Quinoa Broccoli Puree


  • ½ cup quinoa, cooked
  • ½ cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Add all ingredients to a Baby Bullet cup and blend until smooth. 

Makes 1 cup
