Kiwi Popsicles

My 10-month-old daughter Elle is teething and, as any parent with a teething baby knows, cold chewables are great to help relieve some of the pain. Elle will gnaw on a frozen teething toy for a little bit, but will quickly lose interest. But, if I give her an ice cube, she will work on it until it dissolves and she’s all wet!

With it being kiwi season, I made a quick and easy popsicle that Elle absolutely loves. She will scrap the frozen kiwi off with her bottom tiny new teeth and giggle with each bite. And her reaction when she finishes this cold treat is priceless. With green sticky hands, she will reach up to me and give me the sign for “more.” Either the cold treat soothes her teeth or she loves the sweet taste of kiwi. I’m thinking it’s a little of both.

Kiwi Popsicles

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup coconut water

  1. Using a knife, peel the kiwi and dice.
  2. In the Baby Bullet, add the kiwis and coconut water.
  3. Blend really well.
  4. Pour the liquid into a popsicle mold and freeze.

Watch you babies and toddlers go crazy for these!
