Healthy Date Cookies

Attention parents: you are going to love these healthy date cookies! No butter or added sugar, and they still taste delicious. My 2-year old loves to snack on them, and I don’t feel guilty because they are actually healthy for her. These date cookies are made with puréed dates, banana, oat flour, oats and almond butter. They are a perfect breakfast cookie or anytime finger food snack. These cookies should be reserved for older babies who have already tried many different foods and do not have a nut butter allergy.
