Easy Spinach Hummus

Hummus is a great snack or vegetarian meal option for your baby. It is easy to eat, and full of nutritious ingredients. You are going to love how easy this spinach hummus recipe is to make. A hummus starter pack containing tahini, olive oil and garlic is added to cooked chopped spinach and chick peas and blended together in the Baby Bullet until smooth. I like to be generous with the olive oil, since it is a healthy oil good for baby. For toddlers, you can serve this hummus with crackers, carrot sticks and sliced bell peppers.
