Dried Fruit Puree

Dates are one of the easiest dried fruit purees, but also one of the best for your baby! They are great for the digestive system, and they also help satisfy that newly developed sweet tooth :). You can also save the extra puree and add it to baked goods for a natural sweetener!

Dried Fruit Puree

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • Water

  1. In a saucepan, add the dates. Cover with water, just enough to cover the dates. Bring them to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add dates to the Baby Bullet Blender. Reserve the water. Puree the dates, and slowly add in enough cooking water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Store in Baby Bullet containers for up to a week, or 6 months in the freezer.
