Chicken, Carrot, and Tomato Puree

Do you have a picky little eater? There are adventurous eaters and eaters who play it safe by only eating the same few dishes. I know some toddlers who only want to eat mac n cheese for every meal and others who turn their nose up at the sight of any vegetable coming their way on a spoon. Maybe you’re fortunate and your toddler likes carrot purees but refuses to eat chicken. The trick I found is to incorporate foods they don’t like, into foods they do without telling them.

Try adding a small amount of chicken to a Baby Bullet full of carrots and you’ll be surprised that your little one won’t notice it. Then you’ll know they’re getting some protein with their meal. And then slowly add more chicken to each Baby Bullet you make and, hopefully, before long they’ll be eating chicken on it’s own since.

My daughter Elle loves tomatoes. She pops them in like candy, but like I said kids turn on a dime and now she is not fan. I reintroduce them to her every now and then. Sometimes she is a fan and not so much. When she was a baby I would make all of these ingredients in little cubes then throw them all in a pan and melt together to come up with this puree.
