Cheddar Cheese Egg Muffins

One of my toddler’s favorite breakfasts is eggs, and after making scrambled eggs so many times I decided to get a little more creative. She now loves eating these cheddar cheese egg muffins that I prepare for her using my Baby Bullet. These little muffins are the perfect finger food, and soft enough for her to eat. The ingredients are simple: eggs, milk and cheddar cheese. They bake nicely into muffin shapes using a greased muffin pan without liners.

Cheddar Cheese Egg Muffins


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Blend ingredients in a Baby Bullet pitcher and pour evenly into a greased muffin pan, filling 3/4 full.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until firm.

Makes 4 muffins
