Blackberry Avocado Smoothie

Blackberries are naturally tart, so when I make this blackberry avocado smoothie, I also add some ripe banana to sweeten it up. Half of an avocado gives this blackberry smoothie a thick texture and healthy fats for your fast growing little one. Freeze the banana ahead of time if you want a cold smoothie in the end. My toddler loves to drink this smoothie for her afternoon snack.

Blackberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a Baby Bullet blender and blend until smooth.
