Berry Avocado Smoothie

Have you tried adding avocado to your smoothes? If not, you should! They give a wonderful creamy texture and add healthy fats. I always use a handful of berries to mask the taste of broccoli or other vegetables I add in, since they are sweet and my toddler loves them. You can add some milk or yogurt, but it tastes great dairy-free as well. Just add a little water to get things moving.

Berry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen berry medley
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a Baby Bullet cup and blend.

Makes 2 smoothies
