Banana Waffles

These banana waffles are a fun breakfast treat for the little ones, and contain wholesome, healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour and bananas. There is no sugar added to the waffle batter since they are naturally sweetened by a ripe banana. For this recipe, you will need a waffle maker to cook the batter in to form the waffles.

Top the waffles with fruit for a healthy, filling breakfast.

Banana Waffle Recipe


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the waffle maker.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a Baby Bullet blender, then spoon 1/4 cup into the center of the waffle maker and close until ready.

Makes 6 waffles
