After your baby turns one, the possibilities for food begin to widen because they can slowly start to introduce dairy into their diet. With an older age also comes new teeth and molars, which can definitely be NO fun! My girls always preferred cold foods over warm foods when their teeth and mouth are in pain, so I developed this ice cream for them in mind. It is a nice dose of protein because it’s made with greek yogurt, naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup, with a nice hint of citrus. You could also turn these into popsicles for those kiddos who prefer to feed themselves.
