Baby Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

I love the age when babies begin to sip through a straw because they tend to eat more than being spoon fed. It’s my favorite way to get more nutrients into my little one’s body. I love this smoothie because it’s the perfect breakfast/snack drink that will keep them full and satisfied. It’s naturally sweetened and you could easily add spinach to this to make a green smoothie version! It is also not just for babies–toddlers and big kids will love this too!

Baby Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 Tbsp whole oats, or you can use oat baby cereal
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk of choice, can use formula or breast milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the Baby Bullet and blend until creamy. Serve immediately or freeze into popsicle molds for a yummy treat!
